    Meguir's Deep Leather foam cleaner, use it with a mircofiber towel wrapped around a hard bristle brush. works great.

    Maybe try and dunk the whole housing under water in a bath tub to see where the air leaks out, thats where the water is getting in, then dry them and do the alcohol trick.

    99-04 hubs Look for about $200-$250 or so with new items plus the cost of redrilling your brake discs, dont forget the rear bearings, might as well swap them out for new while you are there

    Just wire up a relay to turn the fan on and off, they have those controllers for hot rods, why not just use one of them?
