I am thinking of a comeback liine, give me a few days. It's going to be goooooood!
Oh and ya know what, I want a Galant...but I want an older VR4 Galant cause I know of quite a few 11 second 1/4 mile ones cruising around be me![]()
Oh but I would!I've seen a turbocharged 11 second rusted Dodge Caravan. Doesn't mean I would want to drive it![]()

I keep hearing people say the gen 1s are faster. Why is that? Didnt the HP # go up on the 97+ LSC over what the gen 1s had? Wasnt allot of the electronic gremlins fixed too?
Also when I was shopping I found a 96 online and I thought it was a bastardized car. Did the 96 have the early nose with the later tail? It was on Autotrader and was whatever the red color is. But it definatly had a 95 nose and a 97-98 tail.
lol sure thing I will be there at 8, lol my Mark is fast - but not that fast! lolPick me up at 8pm
welcome to lvc lol hell theres a gen1/gen2 markviii feud, but thats cuz the gen 1 guys are jealous.
groan... sometimes I wonder why I come back here.......
I like my LS, it does what its supposed to do, handle nice, transport me, my wife, and 2 guests comfortably and embarass Mr fartpipe on the freeway on ramps. I have the V6 so I'm not trying to outgun anyone.

Mespock's ran 14.6 (with the guy that bought it from him) but I don't know if that was gen 1 or gen 2.
I've given much to thought on how to get them on a gen 1... the only way is to cut the rear off and put on a gen 2's rear...snif snif.
Smooches!
I am currently working on a Gen 1 light bar that will have 60 LED's on one strip with 3M adhesive on the back. Once installed and lit up, it should appear to be very close to the neon tail light.
Also less voltage being used than running 6 194 bulbs or 97 & 98's neons. When I'm done with it, I'll post night time shots.
