The next progress thread: 1998 Midnight Grey LSC

Ugh, so the fun begins! So since the rear bags are bad they leak really really fast when the car drops for highway speeds. That causes the rear to really bounce on dips in the road and puts the rear tires into the fender lip which causes the fender to rip a nice gash in the tire and now the tire looses about 1.5psi per hour. :(


So I am trying really hard to sell the black car to replace the rear bags, rent a fender roller and get a new tire. At least I have a spare car to drive while the grey car is layed up. Sucks cause I love driving her. :(
 
And I had asked for pics so no money is wasted in sending them. The only pic I got from you several months ago was 200x200 and I couldnt see crap.

If you wanna send them then go ahead. If they are good then I will send you the cash for shipping but I cant afford to waste any cash right now.
 
My bad didn't read that post about them pic being small. Ill retake the pic tmrw.

No, he owes me nothing. Problem is if they are good (which I doubt) and he sends them then I will prolly feel bad about making fun of his incoherent posts and wont make fun of them any more thus ruining a fun part of my day on here and DFWMustangs. :p
 
Fender roller...ever heard of just using an aluminum bat and rolling it with the wheel on?

Yes I have heard of it. I have also heard you can drink your own urin up to three times. Dont mean I am gonna do it.
Not doing it the dumb ass half assed way. I know the tool works best and that is what I will use. No sense trying to save $50 only to crack the paint and ruin a quarter pannel with a crappy looking wavy roll.

Actually, it is. Free parts when you are struggling with cash should be helpful. If he says they are good, and they are free, what more do you need?

This is the first day I have been able to get on my feet for more than a minute. I will have my wife get it out to you tomorrow. I forgot all about it because of my surgery. But it will go out tomorrow.
