i am seriously thinking about buying the new black speedstars for my 97, but i dont feel like dropping the loot on them and finding out i dont like them, can anyone who is good at photoshop either chop a black speedstar onto my car, or take a pic of my car and black out my speedstars, i need to see it before i do it, if i like it, i will sell my speedstars for $600 bucks. anyone who can help thank you in advance!

well my wife did it for me quickly using the picture from brad's site what do you guys think i am undecided because the pic from his site make the rim look gray on my car, i know in person they would be much darker but we did what we could with what we had!

not with tires no way my rear tires are michelin pilot sport ps II's 2 of them cost almost as much as the wheels brand new!!
 
i think it would be too much black, i fully blacked out my old 97 f150, then added chrome beauty rings it looked a lil better but still to dark, never looked right till i got the aluminum wheels and ditched the black steel wheels
 
i wish i could just put the damn things on and see for myself. there is no way i am gonna buy 4 black wheels and sell mine just to find out i dont like it. i dont know what to do, maybe i should just forget the idea!

The black wheels would look slick i think...
 
I understand I may be to new to offer my opinion to you.

so hear it is anyway. If your car had absolutely no chrome at all then I would have to say yes they would look nice.

With the chrome around your 1/4 glass/sail panel I think those wheels you have compliment the car overall. Looks better the way it is.

if i got the wheels and liked them the chrome trim would be eliminated like Lee's car in this picture...

I got them pretty damn black in all spots that my program would allow me to. I like the chrome better myself. If you go with the black, the rim really isn't going to be seen.
