Painted some emblems i had laying around. I have to more i would like to paint as well just not sure what color scheme yet to match best with (autumn red). Let me know what you guys think.

Black with the white star might be a nice alternative to the standard black with silver.

I painted mine with a metallic burgundy nail paint and left the silver and it matches great

Damn I want to try this, but my car is silver so the stock emblem color scheme naturally matches :/ Looks cool as :q:q:q:q though.

Thanks gent's theres some on ebay for 12 bucks...;)

Hardest part was actually getting the original chrome star. I have 2 more that i want to paint black and white like Talbotway mentioned.

I actually did mine the other day. I had some autumn red metalic touch up paint that I used for the star and black for the back ill post pics when I get home.they turned out really good.

They are the vinyl ones. The body shop painted them when they repainted the hood.

I think black with the red star looks good.

if you have any emblems around you can sand the paint off the back that's how I did mine.

I need to hit the yard and snag on a few emblems myself. Do a few custom ones. I have some Autumn Red touch paint I could use.:rolleyes:
