No! there is also a Wedding booked - this place also holds our best banquette hall. So many of the people coming to weddings stay at the River Inn.

Plus there is the Beach Party and we do put on a pretty good city wide party. Concerts in our park most of the day. I'll be getting a schedule of bands shortly. Cost is $10 per person. I'm going to try to see if LvC can get better rates.

I know this isn't Chicago or Las Veges but I'm sure you'll find some fun Joey... Those who want can go to the River Boat Casino a half hour away. Yes Joey this is about a 30 mile drive but you can get there in about a half hour. LOL... oh and no traffic or tolls LOL... (This could be a Friday Night activity).

I am also setting up a Bonn Fire for those who would rather just relax after their journey and have a few beers or mix drinks and do the usual LvC or Lincoln BS and have fun getting to know the members.

We can also take a tour of the local Boscobel drinking establishments.

Saturday morning I am planning on a typical LvC Coffee and nourishment meeting at the Unique Café. (but Boscobel restaurants are smoke free sorry Joey) If Dave (Jibit) feels the urge I can arrange for a few of our local waitresses to flirt with. LOL...

Oh and Joey, It would be a good excuse to go to Debuque LOL...

Oh and Torque!!! There is a Motor Cycle Club in town that weekend.. They have many of The River Inn's rooms (Boscobel's Largest motel). So I'm sure you'll find some people you can stumble over laying around town LOL....

No need to convice me Rich. I would come, but I have a family party that weekend, and I am one of the reasons for that party (My Birthday is July 6th) - so that weekend just plain wont work for me unfortunately. Shame you didnt set this for July 8-9 - then I could be there.

When I was talking with other members they thought the Beach Party part would be a fun addition to the meet and something to do. Even thought Boscobel is small and someday I could run for Mayor (I'd sure hate to win), I don't have any pull to change the date of the Beach Party LOL...

Things are shaping up real good for this meet, I am going to be there and would like to see more people show up this is going to be cool :cool:
