Those headlights look killer! I am gonna have to buy some sand paper tomorrow and try that.

he didnt sell me the car, he found it for me, he's just doing all this work cuz he is nuts!!! me and dan are personal friends i knew dan before we came to lvc. he used to hang out at my shop but before we ever got close he moved away. now he is coming back so it will be cool to have him around again. dan is a good :q:q:q:q so we'll get along great! i split my shop with my close friend matt, the champagne mark VIII in dans sig above is actually my shop partners old mark, dan got it off him years ago. i was the one who fixed the whole car up for a friend of mine who in turn sold it to matt who in turn traded it to dan for another car, wow what a novel!!

Thanks for the compliments guys. I'm weird with M8s, i just want to see how nice they can look in all their fixed up glory. I think the M8s give me ADD... I have :q:q:q:q to do at work, but somehow I keep getting drawn to working on this car. I have been, however finishing all my work too, I'm a flat rate tech, so I still gotta turn the wrenches to make the money. And yes, I'm excited about getting to go hang out with Jamie at his shop, should be a lot of fun. I remember that one night I stayed at your shop till like 2am, and almost passed out on the ride home, that was kinda scary actually, but anywho. Oh yea, and then there was that one time I was at your house for your birthday, lol. Anyway, those numbers you said above were correct. Lemme know if you need anything else. I am thinking about bringing this car to the airport to get you guys, so we can possibly address anything before you leave town. And hopefully the compressor will get here today. Lastly, I don't remember, how hard is it to install the HID bulb with the headlight assembly in the car? If its a pain, I will just leave that housing out until you get here with the bulb, then install the whole assembly.
 
leave it out, i dont think anyone could put a bulb in with it in the car, i never have, and trying might end up in smashing something lol!
 
Jamie, pack your current HID kit and take it on the plane with you. Install when you get there and then deal with the headlight situation when you get back home. Take a bulb from Pete lol. He'll be ok till you get back.
 
I just went out to verify, but the driver side HID bulb is dead. Both ballasts would fire the PS bulb up just fine.
 
so it is the driverside thats out? dan when do you get out of work, i need to call you but dont want to bug you at work.
 
I dun care when you call, i'm hands free on my phone. I can scratch my balls, eat a sammich and talk on the phone all at once...
 
you eat sammiches after you scratch your balls? i bet there is no hand washing in between those two things!

I'm pretty sure Max still has the center caps available. I got mine less than a year ago for like $12 each...
