Wow this thing is clean. If it had a black interior it might actually be worth the asking price. Id give them $6500 for it the way it is :)

I love that car, exterior anyway. The interior is mint but just not my color choice. 12K is a little on the high side but if I had money to blow, I would buy it. It's almost like going back in time and getting a new one.

Buy it store it in ten years it be something to take around the new crowd of LVC. That price u won't find again. Buy it

wow that thing is gorgeous, two things that make it hard for me to look at it though, saddle gag me interior, and silver 10 spokes, other than that its mint, still no 12,000 dollar car sitting there though.

Key code don't matter u could pop the trunk and find itr anyways

Nice car but even 7K is pushing it.
I think $5500 is about the top limit for that car.

You can always change the keypad code. The Mark I looked at a few months ago had the same color interior. Ugly color, and the one I looked at was kinda trashed which made it worse.

You can always change the keypad code.

You cannot change the factory code - it always works regardless of what else you program in.

I don't know if Ford can reprogram them or if the key-less entry module has to be replaced entirely.

I removed my trunk hinge sticker long ago - too easy for people to spot when at the supermarket etc.

They have already dropped the price $950. Need to drop it another $6k. The stealership is local here, so if anyone has the money I can go look it over. Not that it would matter with 21k on the clock!

For one FU(K that pompous prick of a used car salesmen. They are too proud of it. And to prove that they have it on the showroom floor. An for two that ccar is gonna need alot of maintenance due to lack of mileage it was probably never done. And the seals have hardened due to lack of warming and stretching and being driven. I smell a rear and front maiin in the future. I have stack of invoices with chemelle and it still had the factory wires and plugs. I swear I was the first to ever remove the cover from the engine. When a mechanic sees a low mileage car he looks over age related items. Have the bags ever been replaced? Makes you wonder huh?

that car is nice tan or no tan...as for the key code, a simple module swap from say another mark viii...and it retains the keycode that is on the module...changed the one in my 1993 because when i got the car it had no keyless remotes...swapped it from my silver 93 parts car..which had a module from a 1995...lol only one that knows the code is me, and its a sticker on the module

I love the car, if I had the cash I'd haggle for a bit of a lower price & take it. No excuses. Those that understand the rareness of a super low mileage Mark can deal with the interior. Plus, if you really don't like it, you can always reupholster like I did mine. Black/tan isn't considered a sporty car, it's elegant & that's the way I'd keep it (minus the wheels).
