For those of you who been on here for a while, a lot of members have come and gone. I just started to wonder, as now there are a lot of new members now. Some of the same ole questions are making their way back up again. :p
Nothing wrong with that. I guess a new harvest of members are now sprouting. If any of your guys that have been on here as long as I have chime in on some the past members.
Sergmark, JoeyLincolnMK8, JC1994, Frogman, turborich, Roadboss, LSCGODDESS98, JMiles_T, poniesviii, kustomizingkid, vr4, StaffAmerica, too many more to name.

That guy poniesviii just quit posting one day out of the blue... I had always wondered if he died or something...
 
It's a valid question... Especially Frogman! I had a blast with Frogman's posts when I joined the forum. I heard from a couple members he was pursuing bigger & better things & that he did visit our site from time to time but has never posted anymore.

Frogman comes and goes, for years at a time, but this last time of being gone HAS been longer than usual...
 
Roadboss still posts here, but not as much as on LOD.

LSCGODDESS98 never really posted here that often (or any of the forums), but she does post on the LOD Facebook page from time to time.

Yes, there has been a lot of new members lately.

i always wonder where the "old timers" go, i figure some of them get different cars and no longer have any interest in a car they no longer have.
 
I finally, for the first time in almost 11 years, got something other than a Mark VIII as my daily driver.

I've still got my 98 as the garage queen though, so I'm still around daily. I think it would be pretty hard for me to stop coming here every day, even if I didn't have it any more. This forum has been a constant part of my life ever since 2004.
 
You missed Jamie. He quit about what? Year ago when he got his stang. I know he just recently posted.
 
Seems like the odd wave will come in every couple years where people will stick around. Like me, lasersvt, sapperfire and moss up there all joined within a couple months of each other in 09' and we still kick it :D
 
Frogman really should come back and troll some more. He could have some major fun with a few of the new ones. Lets see, who would he slap on here first?? :D

KK needs to come back too and if pepps would quit looking at porn long enough, :p maybe he would post more but he at least opens the door for everyone that walks into the chat room on Wednesdays.

I talk with Jamie pretty regularly and btw, his ex is selling her 98 black on grey but I think I know who (a member here) is going to buy it. I almost made another flight to FL but decided against it. The 95 is enough for me to keep up with.

A lot of the other older members just sold their Marks and left us. Some people don't like keeping the same car for long periods but I'm the opposite. I'll keep mine till it either explodes or doesn't drive anymore. Hopefully the latter... ;)

After you get your first MK VIII your hooked. I got my95 13 years ago, my 98 1 year ago and I just bought a 97 from a member I'll be getting next week. I think these MK VIII's are addiciting worse than drugs. I love them and just spent the weekend cursing and repairing the air ride on the 95. Got finished and couldn't resist washing it in 40 degree weather. I'm hooked. Before I got into Lincoln's I had a T-Bird for 21 years, and if I'm still here in 20 years,I'll still have my MK VIII's. I have shoes older than a lot of you guys. I'm old school, repair it don't replace it. :D
 
Funny no one's mentioned Joeychgo, being the owner of the site and all. I haven't seen him post in probably a year.
