This is just out of curiosity. No debating, just post up what you usually run. Arguing what fuel to run is sometimes like arguing polotics, this is just for the hell of it. And please don lie.

Hey nolimit, i got my hi and lo HIDs in. Havent gotten to drive it at night yet though, but it looks pretty good so far.

well for starters....on the cluster it says premium fuel reccommended....now here in canada...alot of stations sell 87 89 and 91 others have 89 91 and 94 or some have all four...generally, i dont run any less then 91 octane...cause that is what the car was tuned from the factory for....which in most cases is premium i find if i run anything less i can hear the engine spark knocking...but once again, on the cluster it says premium recommended...so it makes sense sometimes ill run 94 but it depends on the cost....they also sell gas by the litre here, not the gallon, and on average we are paying about $1/L right now prices are down, and 91 can be had for .99-1.00/L....1gallon=3.78L IIRC

now i know its not a debate or whatever...but usually when a car calls for premium...its probably best to run it...not to mention the engine runs cleaner then it would on a 87 or 89 octane (by cleaner i mean its less likely to leave carbon and shiat vs lower octane ratings)

When you get them aimed right, you're gonna love them. I never use the brights but when I do or you do, at least we know that we're not burning chrome. You will see a huge difference at night that can only be explained by your own eyes.

im only running 6000K HIDS on my low beams, havent even touched the high beams (which are still halogen) once i got them aimed its been awesome....+1 on Jamie's headlight restoration...which plays a big part...even before with the restored housings at first i was running the halogens on the low...and it was a huge difference...but the HIDS its just amazing

I run 92-93 Octane at all times. Higher Octane gasoline burns cleaner, more efficiently and cooler.

The most $$ youre gonna save gassing up with a lower grade octane is about 10 cents a galllon. a whopping $1.80 on a fill. big whoop.
when the fuel gauge on the dashboard says Premium only, its good advice to follow Grasshopper.

there is no 93 octane hear. 87,89,91,or you can get 111 octane from the pump too but its 7 dollors a gallon

93 octane here is 48 cents more than 89, but i still run it.

the highest i can get is 91 unless i feel like driving 35-40 miles.

not to argue, but re read your dash, it says its recommended, ;)

Never seem a 89/91/93 split before. Always been 97/89/93 or 87/89/91.

Amyway I only run 93 in mine. If I pull into a station thats permium is only 91 then I leave. I pretty much only run Cheveron form the station by my work. Its the cheapest 93 in town and I know its not bad gas from bad tanks. Car never has any fuel related issues.

91 or 93 - which up here are all high-grade. So I can not use the pole.

Same here, if I see 91, I leave and find 93 but normally it's Chevron only. Sometimes it's BP Gold and the gas is white / clear.

Premium 93 fuel from brand name gas stations. Usually, i always get it from sunoco or shell.

Shell gas for me. 89 I use regularly and then switch to 93 to clean up some carbon build up and 87 when I take long distance trips.

I always run 93 premium on both my Mark VIII and LS. Open up fuel door and behing it theres a sign that says premium fuel recomended.

We don't get anything higher than 91 here, because of the altitude we don't "need" it.. I usually run whatever regular gas Costco has, it's either 86 or 87. I'll switch to premium when the NAWZZ install is finished. Now on my TBird I run 19-20 psi on 91 with no issues (of course it's air/water intercooled, cammed, and has Somender Singh grooves.)
