Just kidding it's not Brandon's fault it is ironic that he did both of our cars and now they both have damage:( It's just a bad time for marks in KC!! if you need help getting it fixed I would be more than happy to help in any way I can!!
I think if you just do a little WET SANDING it'll come right out!!!:biggrin:

Thats what I thought as well. He hit me hard enough to spin me 180*. I figured I would have wrinkles on the pass quarter, but its straight, and trunk lid gap is even all the way on that side to. We'll see whay the body shop(s) say today.

Already filled a claim, can't afford to fix on my own. I do have a friend who works at a local shop thats done stuff for me in the past. Hoping to spark a deal with him if I get to keep the car. Insurance man supposed to see the car today, so its wait and see for now.

Can't believe they didn't write a ticket for the dick that hit ya either?!

I was on a Main Street in Manville at about 9:30pm and some douche in a Probe crossed the double yellow line in front of me to turn into a railroad access road. That way he didn't have to take a jug handle and wait at a light to get to the bar!

Police station was across the street too when the idiot pulled this move and when I get the police report I see no ticket written for his accident causing move that caused me damage to my car :eek:

Marks seem to get no respect when it comes to accidents :shifty:
 
Dont know where you're located but if you need a good drivers quarter panel my '95 I just picked up is in excellent shape on that side. I could possibly cut if off and you could come get it if that's what you want to do. Dont let that car go. Not that easy atleast. Heck my '93 had $7,000+ in damage. And soo far, I've got everything to fix it under 1k.

Shouldnt be too awful bad to section in the quarter, pull out the inner works and get it all straightened back out. Throw some black on it, blend in the roof and be good to go!

(shameless hopeful speech) lol

Gettin ready to tear into my parts car here real soon and get mine back on the road! Hope you get to keep yours!!!!

Thanks for the offer on parts. I have a complete 96 LSC parts car in the driveway. Just gonna depend on what buyout and buyback prices are. I'm not a body guy, just turn wrenches. Pretty much sparked 1 deal for 2k using all my parts and getting paid for them by inssurance company.

2 other bids @ $5,300 and $7,300. one of those may be able to use my parts and pay me for them to, but I won't get that kind of $$$ from insurance.

If I ever see that dick again I am gonna punch him in his cock sucker :eek:!
 
damn! I sold my 94 to a guy at work and two weeks later, someone went down the passenger side with a nice pinstripe(big fukn crease) from the front fender to the fuel door:eek: Its not my car anymore but I was like WTF!!! It just sucks when you put hours and hours of blood sweat and tears into something and then it only take a few seconds to f*ck it up!!:mad: Good luck with your situation.
 
Yeah it's messed up how marks take such a beating.. Since I moved up here 7 years ago, all my crunches have been in marks. I hit a deer in my first 94, hit a deer in my current 94, and got clipped at 39th and broadway right before our April meet at hooters. I drove it to Holt yesterday to buy that parts car (which I did get) and was seriously on the lookout!!
 
Well, my ordeal took a turn for the worst! Turns out the insurance policy :q:q:q:q:q:q:q gave me was canceled in Aug of this year. His insurance compant is checking with the underwriter to see if he has coverage under a different policy number. Yea right! Looks like small claims court in my near future.

And thats why my new policy for anyone that hits my car is that I kill them.

Its not just a car, its the only fuggin thing I care about. Seriously. Think how some of you would feel if your child was hit, thats how I would react with my Mark.
Its fugged up, I know, but I am pretty fugged up. :lol:

In the state of Misery, aka Missouri, they have removed property damage from uninsured motorist coverage. Only covers Bodily damage. Found that out the same day the bogus ins info came to light.

From here on out I carry full coverage and a 9mm :D!
 
What a difference 5 days make! The underwriter found a policy for the ahole. Adjuster said he gave me wrong policy number. Whatever, just pony up some f'ing dollars so i can get on with my f'ing life!
 
I just got my Drivers Abstract from DMV and the accident the guy caused with me was on it as a accident no ticket issued :shifty: It was his damn fault but no the cop couldn't put that he cause it :mad:
 
I dealt with the ins. co. for about 3 months after I hit the deer... I'm sooo glad I got rid of State Farm and went with Progressive.

I hit one Deer, or rather it hit me and did $6000 some odd damage to my SVX at the time. Well I have Allstate and to this day they wont cover me if I hit a Deer again cause they will raise my rates as they will consider me to live in a dangerous area :mad:
