My brother (Barry) and his son (Charles) helped me prep the car and helped me at the track to a new best of 12,37@110.21 so we were all on a high note. When he goes to open his garage this morning the fire department is there and the building is burnt. Come to find out someone broke in robbed the place and then torched it. He had a 1964 Ford Fairlane Thunderbolt being rebuilt in it and a late 70's Triumph TR-6 with only 20,XXX miles on it that looked like new. A El Camino (1980's) built with a fresh 350 and paint and a mid 90's Cadillac he had for sale and several customers cars. What a shame and what a low.

damn dude sorry to hear this. hopefully he has insurance. what a pisser. wish him luck from lvc.

Fayetteville isn't that big, someone will run their mouth and the cops will know who did it.

Da*n dude. I know it won't bring back the losses, but a little payback is WAY in order.....

Wow. If that happened to me I would do something involving fire and the a-holes that did this. And it would be painful. And I would take my time. And I would make their kids watch. And if they didn't have kids yet I would be patient and wait for them to have kids. And then I would do it.

They will get theirs in the end. Objects are replaceable, people aren't. Just be thankful no one was hurt. Good will come from all of it.

That sucks man... Where any of those vehicles still in the building when it burned? Just wondering if maybe they could sti be recovered, or if they are burnt and gone. :( sucks to hear man, I hope something is resolved. On a side note, never piss off unity...

Wow... Sorry to hear about this. Hopefully your brother has adequate insurance, and hopefully someone talks...

I wonder if it was set ablaze to hide the theft. Although that seems to have not worked.

I always recommend tracing software be installed in business laptops. Then as soon as the machine is connected to the net it may send a text/e-mail/etc as to its location. Assuming the drive has not been removed/wiped prior. Most thieves are too stupid to know how to do that anyway. Apple has this function on the iPhones and computers and it has helped recover more than a few stolen phones.

damn- berry and don are some great guys i know them personally damn ill have to take a trip down and see how there doin wow and i planned on taking the mark down and ect wow ...... SMMF people damn... don if u need anything call me

Thanks all, unity I liked that idea they stole a lap top used in the garage area. K-FAN I took the front end of my parts car for my wrecked Blk/Blk 98 but your welcome to anything left on it as it is going to be scaped.

Bad news. It looks like Barry's insurance only covers liability. There saying that just means customers cars ??

I hope they tried to grab some prints, such as prints off of the laptop cables. I assume it may have been connected to at least power. Long shot, but ya never know.
