I would have to agree about that one picture. Laser you are setting the bar pretty high here. Your car is an inspiration for me to do a lot of the same things less the blower part!
I can't wait to see it transformed further.

so... i really like your car... damnit between yours and jamies i am almost tempted to go gen 2 but i like mine... car looks damn good and yes i am slightly jealous...
 
Gil, if you go back and look at these types of threads on any of the boards.
I used to be a dyed in the wool first gen fan/fanatic.
I too loved my first gen, thought the more aggressive styling looked much better...and so on.

Had my first gen not been stolen I wouldn't have been forced to buy another car.

A couple of other reasons like (obd2 vs EEC4) solidified my decision to migrate to the second gen.

From almost the first drive the car began growing on me, at first the obvious differences are what you notice..but as you become familiar with the car the subtle similarities begin to appear.

As much as I miss grandma's car (RIP) I dont regret for a second getting a 2nd gen.

No, I changed it three times yesterday as I was seeing what worked best. The one before wasnt lowered and the one before that didnt have the center caps and the one before that didnt have the Saleens. :D

sweet any ideas on where to get the carpet ebay has carpet but everyones talking never by from ebay just die the damn thing
 
the cobra brakes ? wif do i get a set of those and was it hard to swap over?

Get the rotors from Brake Motive on ebay and the Calipers from BuyFordRacing.com
 
I installed the braces after work today and realized they did do a great job on the exhaust install and placed the pipes nice and high with the hangers right above where the IRS brace goes so I shouldnt have any rattle problems. :)

It has a nice sound but its fairly quiet. On the previous page there is a sound clip.
