For a $6k reserve (you mentioned) and glorified description from the owner I would expect more than what the pictures below give ya. Yes, those are the actual pictures of the gray 98, taken today.

I doubt it's a rustbucket.

I need to show you what real rust is MMaker. My car is clean for up here but the engine bay is rustier than a few bolts.

No need, I've been around few mark viiis, clean and rusty ones.

This one I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole. But you guys go ahead, place your bid.

I agree with you, not worth what he's asking probably, but none of that rust is affecing the structural integrity of the body, just surface rust on the suspension and IRS cradle, how were the rockers and doors?

There is no rust on mine either, GA car its whole life. I can also attest to the fact that there is no rust on Mikes car.

Both my 98 LSC and my CE are completely rust free. The LSC was garaged its whole life and was from Boca Raton and the CE was garaged in Miami

Mine has no rust either. It spent the first 6 years of it's life in Northern Virginia, then the first 4 years that I owned it, in lower Virginia, right off the Atlantic Ocean...

The last 5 years have been in SC, and garaged about 2/3 of the time, on and off.

NO rust whatsoever. Even my evap tray looked good!
