Now that I got your attention ;)

I've asked this nearly 6 months ago and someone on here (I don't remember who) tried to help but for some reason I couldn't quite get it. I'm looking to find my PCV valve to replace. I've poured over looking at my engine for hours since I've owned it and still have never located it....this is where the being a moron part comes in :p

Can someone lead me on my quest to find this apparently invisible part?

A pic with it circled would probably help the best. Thanks.

just look for a plastic stem sticking up with a rubber hose on it, follow the 2 rubber lines off the left side of the intake, they turn into one hose and that hose goes to it.

its fairly well hidden, but it actually IS excatly where jamie said

here ya go

I still can't find it...... :shifty: ...... HAHA! Okay I'm joking I finally found it. Amusingly I found it after I was using Jamies instructions. Is it supposed to be covered in oil when you take it out?

When I replaced it the car seemed to idle a tad bit better. Strange.

Thanks guys :D

actually i think it is more near the middle in a gen 1, i dont know though i dont like gen 1's so i pay little attention to them lol! gen 1 hater FTW

what i'd like is my :q:q:q:qing subs and amp peckerhead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i got a nice set of lsc body mouldings going up for sale real quick.

Just make sure you replace it with a actual ford oem pcv valve not a parts store junk, they are not all created equal, and if not correct can cause issues. basically if yours flow and the spring is not broke inside of it, your just wasting your time and money, it is a very simple device.
