Help Please !!!!No Power New battery Turn the key just dash comes on no clicks or tic

Attempting what? You're being very unclear. It's obvious you don't know what you're doing. I think it's best to just take it somewhere at this point.

I think that his point is that you are going to cost yourself more money this way than if you would just get it properly diagnosed.

let me help you with that, the only simple fixes on this car involve epoxying the dash parts back together... lol

especially fooling around in a car like this that you don't know too well, improper testing can easily add thousands of dollars to the repair bill...

Thanks I appreciate that advice. I don't know if it helps but i notice while looking at the passenger side kick panel "Relay 1 " don't have a relay in it or is that suppose to like that. secondly before replacing the fuel pump the fuel pump the car would at least crank but wouldn't turn over.I just wanted to reiterate it because I been all over the place on the post sorry. It just seem like when the mechanic tested the relays and change the pump is when all hell broke loose on this car.

I just change the relays still nothing but but I did notice that the light doesn't blink when on position?

BTW, this information is in your owner's manual.
Relay 1 in the fuse box at the passenger kick panel is your starter relay. There's no way the starter can activate without that relay in. Now that the PATS light is not flashing, installing this relay might allow you to start the car.

thanks a million that Ahole mechanic must of stole it wtf what kind of relay does it call for

I tried a new one in the relay one spot doest fit like the rest with a snug fit it feels very loose in relay 1

I'll have to look at mine. I think I confused relay 1 with fuse 1.

Yep. Starter relay is #15 under the hood.

A loose relay fit can be tightened up with two pairs of needlenose pliers. Give each terminal leg a very slight twist and it will make better contact and fit tighter. Don't go overboard with it. Just a slight twist is all you need. Hold the relay by the leg with one pair of pliers right up against the base of the relay to keep from stressing the relay's internal connections, use the other pair to give the leg a very slight twist. Repeat on each leg. Once again, not much of a twist is needed as too much will keep the relay from going in at all.

Honestly I'm new to electrical I'm lost don't laugh but I'm going to try to upload apic

The gen I wiring diagrams that I have (they're not factory, so I don't know how accurate they are) don't show a relay used in the interior fuse box.
I could look at mine, but it wouldn't matter as I already know that their some differences between gen I and gen II in the relay department.

i cant help but notice that the manual linked to above (i have checked it out a couple of time from reading this thread) does tell you what every relay does in all of the other fuse boxes, but does not say anything about "relay 1" (aka the only relay spot in that fuse box) in the passenger area fuse box. this does make me wonder if there really is supposed to be anything in there.

*runs out to garage

well for the record, there is no relay 1 in my passenger compartment fuse box (03 V8), so proabbly the reason that relay you put in yours is loose because there are no terminals to hold the relay in

per the manual in the tech section, fuse #1 is for the starter relay coil, but it says nothing about Relay #1. it does show "relay 1" in both the manual, and on the sticker on the cover of the fuse box. if you notice where it says fuse/relay location, it only says "1" not "Relay 1", for every other relay in both of the other boxes, it says just a number for a fuse location, but labels all of the relays as "Relay 1", "2", ect.

As this point I want to put a stick of dyno in it an call it a day lol. Can someone rattle off a check list what I should do or try before a dealer rapes me.lol plz don't say reread the thread I already did
