You asked "is it safe to remove the box and clean it."
You said you had bad relays.
I'm starting to get dizzy...
Also, it's there, not their.

Attempting what? You're being very unclear. It's obvious you don't know what you're doing. I think it's best to just take it somewhere at this point.
If money fell off trees i would have been took it to someone. I was trying to see if its a simple fix

I think that his point is that you are going to cost yourself more money this way than if you would just get it properly diagnosed.
Thanks I appreciate that advice. I don't know if it helps but i notice while looking at the passenger side kick panel "Relay 1 " don't have a relay in it or is that suppose to like that. secondly before replacing the fuel pump the fuel pump the car would at least crank but wouldn't turn over.I just wanted to reiterate it because I been all over the place on the post sorry. It just seem like when the mechanic tested the relays and change the pump is when all hell broke loose on this car.

BTW, this information is in your owner's manual.
Relay 1 in the fuse box at the passenger kick panel is your starter relay. There's no way the starter can activate without that relay in. Now that the PATS light is not flashing, installing this relay might allow you to start the car.
I tried a new one in the relay one spot doest fit like the rest with a snug fit it feels very loose in relay 1Same as the others, AFAIK.

A loose relay fit can be tightened up with two pairs of needlenose pliers. Give each terminal leg a very slight twist and it will make better contact and fit tighter. Don't go overboard with it. Just a slight twist is all you need. Hold the relay by the leg with one pair of pliers right up against the base of the relay to keep from stressing the relay's internal connections, use the other pair to give the leg a very slight twist. Repeat on each leg. Once again, not much of a twist is needed as too much will keep the relay from going in at all.
