aftermarket HID's

I run DDMTuning's kits in all my cars and have yet to be dissapointed. Its hard to complaing for the price anyway.

Complete kit + lifetime warranty + super low price = WIN!

I got my 35w 4300 kit from VVME, payed 50.00 Ordered them at 10:00pm had them the next night at 9:00pm shipped from Hong Kong and delivered buy DHL.

I got my 8000K from this seller and they are working perfect for me.

I had this same kit in my 94 from a different seller and I never had any problems with those either. They were 10,000K

The ones I have now look like this at night. Again, this is low beams on only with 8000K.

Did you have to get the relay harness for your installation? Or was it truely plug-n-play?

Well we've come to expect this from you ... LOL ... don't forget to use the Hammer method to install the Hid's ... oh and don't forget you install them from the trunk.:p

Yeah I'm not expecting them over night either. They were officially shipped out 17 days after my original order...I still haven't got them, but the tracking number through USPS says I'll be getting them tomorrow. It will have been 20 days from my order till the day I get them, if they do indeed arrive tomorrow.

Btw, their main number doesn't work. When you call you get an automated system, when you choose an option all of them say this number has been disconnected then re-kick you to the main menu? WTF? I called a different branch that doesn't deal with internet orders and they said they had the same problem when trying to contact them.

I sure hope the quality of the lights is better than the quality of service thus far!

I've gotten 2 sets from DDM and had them shipped USPS. I bought the first set at the beginning of their sale pricing and got them in a week. The second set was a month or so later and took about a week and a half, maybe 2 weeks. I like their quality and will gladly accept the wait for them.

Mine was plug-n-play all the way. I ordered two kits, one 10,000K and one 12,000K but the 10,000K wasn't blue enough so I took it out and put in the 12,000K kit and it's perfect for me. I don't HWY drive very much at night. I was expecting the color to be purple from the way people talk but this one turned out blue with a hint of white. But yes, I have two kits in and can run both of them without any problems. Again, I do have the Duralast 850/1000 battery and a new alternator but even in the 94, I never needed a relay for that car either. Some people on here say they need relays and I guess it can't hurt anything but if mine work without flickering, I'm happy. I never get any flicker at all. I also have true solid brass nickel plated terminals by Kicker that are big and not thin like the factory terminals.

Mine are the newer model: Kicker 09BTPN3, not the smaller design. I have a set of the smaller ones for sale if someone wants them. Same model number but without the 09 at the beginning. The smaller design starts with an 05 I believe.

This store has them pretty cheap. http://salestores.com/kicker09btpn.html

Some frown upon AZ Duralast batteries but they make Die Hard, Motorcraft, Optima and many many others that are privately labeled.

I always run a relay on a headlight setup whether I really need to or not. It's not like it's hard. I got 5 relay harnesses from eBay for like 8 bucks & grab a handful of 5 pins when I'm at U Pull It...

On a side note, no offense to you NoLimit, but every time I see somebody with very blue/purple HIDs... I just think to my self... ':q:q:q:qing ricer.'

lol, honestly, I drove it last night and all I can say is fuk that light. It really is blue with some purple in it and I can't see as good anymore. I have some 10,000K to put back in it but now I think I'm going to order some 6000K bulbs only and just go with that. I have 6000K in the brights so I may as well go with 6000K in the lows too. Those 12,000K lights are surely not meant for HWY driving at all. (No offense taken Medium.) I was just trying different K's to see what I liked the best and now I know 12,000 isn't it. I sold the 8000K kit and all I have now is the 10,000K, unless I take the 6000K from the highs and move them over to the lows until I get some new 6000K's in. Agreed, 12,000K is ricer all the way and a waste of money unless you like purple signs and streets.

btw, before I take them out, I will get an inside shot and an outside shot of how good you can see with the 12,000K. Maybe it will help others decide. I have pics of the 8000K, 10,000K and will get them of the 12,000K. When the 6000K come in, I'll get a pic of them too and then put all of them together to show the light output difference.

i buy my kits from HIDSQUAD.COM they are local to me so i can get stuff i need in person which kicks ass.

Hey Jamie, if you get a chance, call those guys and let them know this is what comes up when you go to their page:

Jamie, I had to see it for myself but I got them for a good price and now I have two extra ballasts just in case one of mine go bad during the two year warranty. I can use one of them until my replacement is sent back. I still need to go to the same spot where I took the pic of the 8000K and get the pic of the 12,000K. My 6000K just got sent out today and I'm going to take them to the same spot too and get a pic just for comparison. I thought you were kidding about the purple but damn, it's seriously purple. At least when the 6000K come in Wed, I'll have 6000K in all four holes and all of them will match.

I went down a dark road with the lows on and then turned on the brights that have the 6000K in and everything was visible. When I knocked it back down to just the 12,000K, it was almost like not having any light on at all. I'll have the pics up soon of 6000K, 8000K, 10,000K and 12,000K all in the exact same location with low beams on only. If I can set there long enough without someone trying to pull in behind me, I'll throw on the brights just to see how bright all four 6000K's really are.
