1995 Indigo Lights/Black LSC Progress

This car is'nt getting The Coddingtons back on it. (They won't clear CTS-V Brembos.

Update.

Flywheel, Pilot Bearing, clutch and Trans is installed.

Cam Covers are done as well. Next I'll be re-routing the engine harness to hide as much as possible from view.

I also Ordered Poly bushings for the shifter to stiffen it up, and began the fab work on the rear bushing bracket that will hold it to the driveshaft tunnel. The Slave cylinder line has also been modified by Brazing a steel male -4 AN fitting to the factory line. (this rids me of the adapter problem if I had tried to use the factory clutch fitting.)

That's it for now.

Headers should be back from coating soon, and the Rear Transmission mount and various shifter bolts should be in from Ford Monday. Hoping to lower the car over the driveline tuesday,

Mike

Amazing how quickly this car has been coming together...you work fast and still do an amazing job! Lookin good!

Man, these things are popping up everywhere lol.I am wrapping up a 4th one this week  Between me and you I think we got Temple beat lol. J/K

Keep it up. Late night summer cruising is just around the corner :D

On a side note, what are you guys doing for the emergency brake ? I see it being deleted from the far driver's side.

For actual emergency braking, I'll be relying on devine intervention.

To hold the car on a hill or gas pump I'm installing a line lock on the front wheels.

My old 5 speed car was a pain in the ass for me to drive with the e-brake pedal down there. I'm going to also look into a solenoid that is shut with the absence of 12v so I can lock all 4 brakes with the ignition off.

(I doubt there is one in existence.)

I wonder if you could tap into the ABS solenoids somehow to hold them shut after applying brakes. Then again, adding any device that interferes with braking system makes me :shifty:

Hmm..is this Paul's car?

Started re-locating the main wiring harness to hide 90% of the wires under the intake, relocated the IMRC and EGR Solenoid bracket to the back of the Passenger cylinder head. Also got the headers installed finally. (Thanks Brent!)
