I assume the voltage should be 12v comming into the plug. I pulled the plug and jumped it. Pump comes on strong if I wire it direct. Also jumped the blue and white wires and the solenoid clicks. The compressor is out of the 96 I parted out. I know it's good. Has got to be a wiring issue. At a loss.

I swapped the relays (abs) and no difference. That's actually the first thing I did. The connections looked really good and still had plenty of dielectric grease in them.
I hate to take it in and have the codes pulled, but I may not have a choice.
