Considering the starting current on an AC induction motor is about 5 to 10 times the operating current, I think the little inverter will blow. In fact, most inverters that provide 110V AC from 12 or 24V DC (batteries) will say not to use with motors or inductive loads.

Yep Many of us have heard it before. Sounds like the window regulator broke. The dealer will know how to fix it, and it will be under warranty if you are still under it.

Well it depends on the year. They have gotten quicker in acceleration, but lower top end. The later due to lower cutout setpoints. The 2000 and 2001 were unlimited I believe, though top out at about 142 in stock form. The 2002 are limited to somewhere around 132 or 135. The 2004 are...

Nothing. Some would argue that it is a heavier motor than the 6 so it affects balance and cornering. The older 6's with a manual transmission (sadly no longer offered) were just about as quick as the 8 with auto. Now if the 8 was offered with a manual tranny... :eek: :Beer

The 4.6 will fit. Just look at the OLOA LS. But cooling seems to be an issue with that one. I would rather see a 5 or 6 speed manual on the V8 first.
