I still have a light dim on my 96 markviii, Max at five star has no bulbs left and waiting for more. Will the lites and ballast from a 1997 or1998 fit a 96? If I ever find bulbs i'm also looking for a removal and replacement procedure any help would be greatly appreciated

My drivers side of 96 viii is on but not bright at all like the passengers side. Not knowing anything about hids is it the bulb or the ballast. If it is the bulb past post's seem to indicate the bulbs are not available. Any help would be appreciated as one light really sucks.
