1800+ square feet, 3 bed, 2 bath.

Attached large 2 car geerage, and detached 38x28 heated shop.

Built on the top of a hill in a cul-de-sac with a good mountian view.

Next LVC meet is in Colorado.

Looks good mike !!I don't see the mountains.. HAHA
Congradulations. Heated work areas are good !!

My brother runs to Colorado Springs a few times a week.
Hauls mail for now.

I want one badly!!

Mind telling us more info?

Im tired of throwing $650 away into a one bedroom apt and parking outside not being able to see my car.

Thanks guys.

Last night was our first night spent in it. We managed to move everything from our apartment, and all of dads stuff from storage in one day.

Still lots to do before we consider ourselves moved in, but the bed is setup and made, and the Lincoln is sitting in the large shop while all of our crap is in the attached garage.

Nothing really to add as far as details, its in a very quiet neighborhood and I have 2 police officers on either side of us.

I think we made a good choice on this place. Ill get better pics once we are fully moved in.

Black06....

If you were wondering on cost, I don't like to talk numbers but, our one bedroom apartment was running just under 1000, and our new home is under 2,000.

That same home here would be around $850 to $1100. I'm not downing it or anything but the cost of living up there must be crazy high. I even live in Madison, AL. and that's considered to be one of the nicest cities anywhere around here. I also have cops on my street and all in the sub division. Not that I like it but they're here.

I pay $850 per month for 3 BR, 2 full baths, fireplace, double car garage, patio, central heat and air, new roof. No, it's not a hick town where I am. I will admit, some places in Alabama are pretty damn countrified. Madison is really a good city to live in. Huntsville, AL., not so much in some areas. Oh yeah, I have free cable too just in case the satellite ever goes out. :D

Things are a bit more expensive out here.

220-230 k will pick up a house similar to this one.

awesome! thats about what something like that would go for out here on Long Island NY. My next move is to something with a big 2 car garage
