ive always spent alot of time with my cars, motors , stereos,dumping money, hours on weekends cleaning, looking on internet for countless parts, etc. to be told "you spend all your time thinking more about your car than me.", by any of my signifigant others, most recently my fiance'. anyone else?

I met my wife of 25+ years when she was working the parts counter at a motorcycle shop. We road raced motorcycles for years, until the years caught up to me, and then turned to drag racing cars, which she also participates in, and she has won a few trophys herself along the way.

My father, mother & grandmother hate it that I spend time with my Mark VIII's. My wife understands when it comes to the cars. She does ask from time to time; "Please, not today, just leave the cars alone today!" However that's a once in a blue moon thing.

Now, when it comes to LVC??? That's a whole different story. She hates when I spend time on LVC. lol I tell her to get over it.
