I had one of those, they work good once you get the hang of it (angle etc) :)
It was a waste of time though on my car as it wasn't rubbing up top, but the back where the bumper cover meets the fender. :(

I need to rent one of those so bad. They are about $80 to rent but also need a $200 deposit.

Where would you rent one of those? Since I put Jamie's Speedstars on, the damn things rub. I have to leave the air ride switch off just to drive it.

i dont get this rich, you have the same exact car as me, mine is lower than yours, the wheels were on my car and all they did was go from mine to yours, and they rub on yours???? i cannot see how unless you have 800lbs of sand bags in your trunk, even hitting dips in my car the tires never even made contact with the body. you got something going on, either the back of your car is still leaking air, or your rear height sensor is screwed. or you are jumping the car like the duke boys.

You have higher rate springs. Duh.

Thats why I am putting Bilsteins on my car so that the dampener can help to keep mine from rubbing.

So what temp did you heat the paint to before you started rolling?

not hot enough :(
And how much was that? I was told to do it to 140* but on the white one I still got a couple small cracks. Then again it wad 50* when I did it and the metal was cooling very fast. I even bought a laser temp gun just for that occasion.

I kept it above 145* but i got impatient and was going to fast I think. I didnt even realize I had done it until I had it finished. Oh well. Just another thing that needs done before Carlisle.

my rear tires are 275-40-18 and my quarters arent rolled and i have never hit the tires, never hit with my current 275's, not my 265's nor my 285's guess i am just not jumping my car as high as you guys.
