Jaime gets the cookie...............

It's a model I'm building off of a Teksid block I have sitting on my apartment floor as we speak.

There is ALOT more to this project than I'm wanting to talk about right now, but I'll let ya follow along with the progress.

Here is a rendering of what it looks like right now.

After 10 hours........... I'm done for the night.

If you can't tell, I'm doing everything correctly on this. Oil passages, Coolant galleries, All a that stuff.

Some of you may hate the thought, but If i don't like the way the model is turning out, I'm gonna take this Block to work, and Section it so I can get measurments inside.

Hope you like the progress sofar.

My question is, after you get it all drawn up, how much is it going to cost to have the block and everything cast or machined???

That would probably cost ALOT.

This is only gonna be used for deminsional accuracy of a sheet metal intake I'm working on.

Ok, I have most of the right deck surface completed. Head Bolt casting bosses and holes as well.

Now I have to get all of the water passages from the water pump to the block galley done. You'll notice it starts getting cluttered about now.

I was wondering why you were doing this. Makes sense. Let me know if you are making more than one! :)

I may very well be there.

Ok,

It may not look like much has happened, but as it gets more detailed it takes more work to get the sketches right, and then you have to go back through and clean up what was'nt right.

anywho.......... I should be starting on the casing walls and oil drain back holes pretty soon.
