Hey guys, I was just curious if anyone here knows where you can get color matched touch up paint in an spray can. My outside door/quarter mouldings are in primer and I want to paint them. Any ideas? Thanks! On a side note Jamie since I know you will prob read this what are you doing either this tues or wed night or the following week?

O'Rielys Auto can do that for you, they custom mix the color your want. Just tell them your paint code. I believe it cost me $16.00 and was ready in an hour or so.

The Silver Birch Metallic they mixed for me was a great match.

The o'reileys out here doesnt do that.....

We have an autobody supply shop that will custom mix, and put it in a spray can and color code you want.

If you can't find it there, Ill get some mixed for ya....You may have to check on shipping aerosol cans though.

dan, napa can mix paint and put it in an aerosol can too. to my knowledge i am not doing much of anything, i have to drop a radiator in my 97 tomorrow after work i got home tonight , saw a small puddle under the car, the rad is cracked right under the top right hose nipple near the ac lines, when i lift up on the hose coolant comes out pretty quick, so i gotta limp her to work tomorrow and right after work i'll put a radiator in it. so i should be free tues or wed.

FWIW, I've used products from paintscratch.com before with good results. No one around where I live will put paint in an aerosol can.

thats another good place too, but since we have tons of napa's, and most of them will do it, i'd try it dan, we use napa alot for mixing us aerosol paints for railings and stuff we install. they can match our powdercoat samples dead on.

Any good auto body and paint supply store should be able to match your car's paint with a scanner now. Atleast the one that I go to can. They can also add the paint to a cartridge that can go into an aerosol can, that also makes the paint react when sprayed. It's a cool set up. Unfortunately it sounds like they dont have that set up where you all are at.

I plan to do that to paint my core support where I welded.

we have crap at home depot that can do that! you pour the paint into the supplied jar, and twist it to the aerosol can and spray it, its called a preval kit. we use these at work too.
