I hate some ebay ass hats. I order some nice t-clamps back on May 21st so they would be here by the 4th for my install. They dont send them till the 2nd and I get them on the 11th.... now useless to me cause I had to drive 80+ miles to go get some for the install last weekend. I emailed the guy back on the 1st asking where they were and got no response as well. So I left negative feedback "Poor communication, slow to ship". He didnt ship in 3 days like the ad said and he didnt communicte when I emailed asking where they were or if they had been shipped (which they hadnt at that point). Not 15 minutes after the negative feedback was left I get this message:

"what a liar man,i always send the tracking number by email (which he did on the 2nd) ,that's clearly a low blow,your not being honest about this,you took the advantage knowing you can get a negative feedback as for a reply...very hypocrite reaction...your problem is that you don't read or follow up...."

Low blow? I emailed you and you never contacted me back. You didnt send them out in a timely manner as well which caused me to drive 87 miles to a shop that had them in stock. You cost me time and money and have crap communication skills then call me a liar? You are a real piece of work. Let me make sure the Mustang crowd stays far away from you.

LOL, my eyes saw ass licking when I scanned over the reply. O silly camel. I guess I gotta start being nice to you since, I will be moved back to florida in the following months, I might run into you at Jamie's shop. /duck
 
Well he got in trouble. He sent another email calling me an idiot and it was in broken english. So I reported him and ebay sent me this: :wrench

Don't assume anything on Ebay is going to reach you in a timely manner, especially with the Paypal only policy in place. People are waiting for the money to clear and then be deposited into their account before shipping.
The guy is a total a$$hat though.

I agree and thats why I pay with credit/debit instead of transfer. That way they get their money right away. I did contact him to let him know about my time crunch before I ordered. He assured me they would go out within 3 days....not 11.
So now I have some spare t-clamps that will prolly never get used.
 
And you think ebay will do anything ... they sent him a stop the potty mouth e-mails and that's all.

They are not going to boot him as they are making money from him no matter how bad his e-mails are or his ethnicity.

It depends on the degree of infraction and how many complain. I had a seller that was selling used cell phones a few years ago screw me over. They had an enormous amount feedback but they used feedback extortion to have negative feedback removed. When they sent me two junk phones and then proceded to tell me to go pound sand, I left negative feedback and they then left clear retaliatory negative. I filed a complaint with Ebay and then contacted at least 100 members that this company had done the same to and urged each of them to do the same. Within a week they had been banned from selling on Ebay. This happened right before the feedback changes were made on the site.
