I wanna see some. Thought there was a thread but couldn't find it.

This spring i'm prob going to do mine up(If my final interview goes well 2maro). I want to be a little more conservative w/ the mark and was thinking 35 all around. I had 20 on my old caprice but got pulled over alot. On the way home from getting it tinted aswell. On my maquis i had 5 on the back and 20 on the front doors..Again,got pulled over alot and couldn't see worth a crap backing up or at night...I think i've gotten the really dark stuff outa my system. The most i'd consider is 20 on the back and 35 on the windows..Thoughts?

i have 5% tint on all my side windows, and my rear window, and my entire windshield is tinted 50% not just a strip across the top, the whole thing!

mmmmm,35....Just seems to be a good mix..

I know what ya mean about tickets..I've been pulled over about 10 times for my tint and only got 1 ticket. Moreso cause they wanted to see what else was going on obv...But it was illegal so i just paid the 75 bucks and left the tint on. I do think even 35 is illegal in il though..I'll have to double check. But there is no way i'd ever just tint the rear windows and not the front, no offense to those that do of course.

Pure darkness Jamie..Love it but my wallet would hate it.

Kinda considering getting 50ish on the front but still not sure it its worth it.

well driving in florida sun, tinting the windshield is worth it here, keeps it so much cooler inside, not to mention the ac can cool it off alot faster.

Ive got 35%on the front and 20% on the rear and I think it looks great

If I could do what Jamie has done, I would have it done tomorrow but they would be on me within 5 min and I could never get on HWY 65 and go South. I have had what he's got but with 35% on the entire front and loved it but.... only undercover and or off duty police officers around here can get by with it. The tint guy I deal with told me all about it. He no longer tints any cops cars or any for the city of Huntsville because they gave him a ticket. Sorry about the first pic. That was 20% on the back three and 35% on the front sides. 2nd pic is all 35%

Damn, if you need to quote someone, take out the pics, or keep the single pic you want to question on.

Now this thread is made up of the same 8 pics 3 separate times so far and bet it will happen many more times, WTF.

My biggest pet peeve on LvC - more so when done by people who have been here long enough to know better.

Just report the offending posts to the mods for clean up - that's what I usually do. (assuming the offending poster(s) don't catch the hint and use their EDIT function)

This is 20% rear and quarter windows, and 35% on doors, polarized so the sun makes it look darker, but is clear as day from inside, daytime and night-time. Plenty dark for me and not dark at night. I do not care for a side window or rear window that you can look out at a mirror and see nothing at night because the window is tinted too dark, IMHO, useless.

Here's mine, it was already done when I got it, so I've no idea of the actual percentage. It's dark enough that it limits night visibility, but I like it anyway. The last pic was when I bought Jamie a nice new dress...
