Possible Calendar Covers

L King e-mailed me these. I really like the burnout one. Opinions? Anyone else have covers to post?

If anybody wants highres versions of those photos or any others to use in making a cover let me know
 
I can change any of these ideas up, I still have them in a photoshop file so I can edit them. If you guys want to throw out some ideas I can try applying them and go from there. High res images would be best for sure!
 
Question: Does the cover shot pic also have a deadline of this Sunday night?

We are just getting our pictures together from everyone that met in the Arizona meet.
Doing some graphics is causing further delay (and narrowing the pics down).

(I know the monthly calendar entries are due Sunday, as there are 12 months to decide on and many entries).
 
I would think that Rollin is giving the deadline for pic submission to allow for time for members to vote in deciding final pics - as well as time for actually the company/resource to actually print the calendars.

He hasn't commented yet, but it would make sense that a similar submission deadline would need to be there for the cover design - so that members could vote on that as well.
 
That's my thought too... just trying to verify.
We still haven't see pics from one of the members on our AZ meet.

Also, None of us have PhotoShop. We could submit a picture etc... but without graphics. The only person found so far with PhotoShop is someone's sister, and we have no direct contact yet. Haven't heard back. Running out of time, so just thought we'd get that Cover Deadline clarified.

Planning on this Sunday, don't know we'll make it though (still haven't heard back from others to narrow down pics etc).

Oh well. Maybe we'll still get it done.

The burnout one without 'ls edition' is straight money. Very cool shot. If not that, then the one from the OH meet is second.

Those are both awesome shots ! I think one way or another which ever one doesnt make it on the cover, should atleast be in the calendar somewhere. Isnt that the highest number of LSs at a meet?
 
I have photoshop so if some one needs some PS done or wants me to put their idea"on paper" let me know
 
Dang I really like that first one villa did now.

This calendar cover is way more intense than last years cover fight. Haha.

I like a lot of these. Many of the cars in Villalta shots are scrunched, resized without proportional sizing... some look like VW Beetles. Can you redo them (use the corners to drag to size, instead of the edges)?
 
Yea I had to leave. I thought I would post em before I did. I'll fix the proportions when I get home, and maybe make some more.

Question though, Is their a limit to how many covers we can submit?
 
Doubt it - I think Rollin's thinking is "the more the better" at this point. However, since the Poll Limitation is 7 options per thread, we may have to do 2 threads, and take the best of each into a final poll to pick a winner.
 
Forgive me if this pic shows up way too large or too small ! I had no idea how so save it where it showed the whole pic. It kept cropping 2" off all the sides?.

WOW!!!!!!!!!! :eek: Some great cover shots. Very impressed guys.:) I am extending the deadline for the calendar cover and calendar entries. Some work stuff came up. I will not be available to post the poll till next weekend. So I figured just extend the deadline to saturday Sep 24th midnight central time.:)

I got a new camera and the weather hasn't been cooperating.

Thank you Rollin!! My LS is in the shop with some mystery no headlight/fog light issue, it's not the FEM, and I didn't get any pics yet.
