LED lights install

Those are the T4 neo-wedge bulbs. You can get them on fleabay but they're a little expensive. I haven't bought any yet but I'm planning to get a few for my EATC on the '95.

Are they the t4 or t3. To me the t3's look closer.

I'll post pics when I get home.I do it all the time when I do Lincoln LS conversions

those are t4. i have already converted them in my car in the upper dash where the reset economy time and what not buttons are. the ones down in the havc didnt work so i got new ones to try but havnt tested those yet.

You may have difficulty finding a replacement for the small incandescent bulb in the defroster & traction control buttons. I assume that these are the same bulbs used for the hvac and the lighting control panel?

I am going to have to say no. those bulbs are probably like the one on the steering wheel or the window and locks buttons or smaller. I have tried to get those buttons apart with no success. they are most certainly different then the havc center

This is the defroster switch bulb. The blue part is a rubber cover over the incandescent bulb. Look at computer key for size comparison.

you can apply the same mod as shown in my pictures to sockets that are in your pictures

I can mod those sockets for you using three millimeter five millimeter or SMD LEDs

Got my 194's today to put in interior lights. Only did front dome light for now. Left one original to show the difference and will get and post night shots later. Here's some pics as always:

Very very nice. Me likey :)

I love the look of LED's. The light is much whiter and brighter than the old incandescent bulbs. I've got to switch my LED brake lights from the '97 to the '95 this weekend along with all the other stuff I've gotta do. Plus I've got some blue interior LED's in the '97 that I'm going to put in the '95. Then I'm getting some more 194's for the trunk light strip and some T5's for the instrument panel. When I'm done, the car won't have any incandescent bulbs anywhere. I tried a 194 bulb in the underhood light but it didn't provide enough light. I'll need to get one of those multi-SMD bulbs to throw more light in all directions. I love LED's!

Still haven't had a chance to take night shots yet, But I did put a bulb in one side in the back seat to be able to show the difference in night shot, as well as put a bulb under driver side dash again to show comparison in night shot before throwing the rest in after comparison shots. As always here's my breakdown of the backseat lighting:

Will be doing my license plate light an glove box next. Then waiting for T5 bulbs to do message center buttons and more on dash. Then into all that harder stuff. Bought the filter to attempt to do my message center screen as well. Will post more on that when it comes. Thanks for reading as always!

*Bumpity Bump*

I like to keep this thread on the front page :D

Well I'm glad I started something worth keeping on the front page lol. Will be posting more shortly when other stuff comes in. Really excited to try the message center screen as it sounds like this is not done very often!!

Because of this thread....my led's for the hvac, lighter, defrost switch, and message center are on order and should be here by this weekend! That will be everything in the console area. Next will be the gauge cluster and head light switch. D,R,N indicator was removed and a boot was installed so no light there anymore. Can't wait!!
