Kansas Missouri Arkansas Nebraska come to Hooters for the first cruise of spring!!!!

This should be great guys. Bring both. I'm gonna try to bring the black one if I can get it waxed first. But the chamelion will be there for sure. As of today I have worked 59 hours this week. And am running out of time to accomplish anything with the black one.
 
The day is getting closer but of course now since it is getting nicer and now I can work on my car but my wonderful professors (scarcasm) decided to assign me papers. I have two due wed in one cass and one in another. Thats about 12 pages total with research. This sucks. But one has to be about a group and I decided to write about people who drive Mark 8s. Looks like this one will be easy... Hopefully lol.
 
Can't wait for the meet. there is a mark in the same neighborhood as the shop [Olathe]. It is nice. I am going to see if I can find it tomorrow on lunch and leave one of the LVC stickers Joey sent me under his wiper. We went to the auto show and I took some pics of the car downtown. on is plagerized [sorry KcLSC]. But I am having troubles with my notebook and can't upload them.

I would enjoy some wings and a beer. Not looking to eat a whole meal though. Was thinking we could parade on to some pic spots If everyone is up to it.
 
I am gonna call hooters and try to get a true car count first though. I need to know who will be there. I will PM everyone in the thread and if you respond I will check you yes I will give it til friday on the car count. I will be bringing 2.
 
Just out of curiosity, when does KCIR run test and tunes? Any chance we could haul a couple of Marks out there afterwards?
 
90% of the time KCIR has a sanctioned event on the weekends. Friday is grudge racing and wednesday is funruns, or is it thursday. I can't rember..... sorry look at kcir .com . But yes that could possibly be a scheduled event this summer or preferably fall [marks love the cool weather]. I would love to see Steves schedule. And follow it. He has a pretty good following already. But I think the few here could make it great, We all need to come together on this.
 
Lets get an early start on the schedule and make it so people know in time to get off work.
 
I really dont care much for KCIR anymore. I think that Heartland Park is a much better place.
 
KCIR is fun, but it takes awile to get to make a couple run's. We could try Osborne 1/8th mile track. It's 20 bucks and starts at 3. If it is even open yet. I'll check around and let you all know, way less rules and cheaper than most tracks. Anyone have a Mark tranny Cheap? I may have to put one in before the meet if it keeps going the way it is. See you all there
 
So I said screw it and went and bought all new C.O.P.s, spark plugs, and valve cover gaskets. Looks like it will be a busy weekend!

If I didn't have my daughter this weekend and had wheels I could drive, I'd come over and help you out. I need to do valve cover gaskets to.
 
There is a parking garage across the street we can atleast meet and get some pics. I don't know about everyone else but I'm rain or shine. It is spring in Kansas.
