agreed. Since half my car is stuff i bought from jamie's father-in-law I have to thank him for pulling it all off other cars for me.

I know he hates being called the Mark VIII god but damnit Jamie is to a lot of people on here
 
i hate derrik's car since i worked on it, now i hate jeff's car too! jeff's car turned out to be way more work to shoot the top portion of the car than it should have been. oh well, hope you like it.

HAHAHAHA! Like I said before, you ask yourself why you do this, I say it's because it gives you a reason to bitch, and I think you like bitching about things :D

I just need to tweak my car, then you'll be bitching when you see my taillights ;)

no he thinks his stock grampa base model is gonna give my highly modded 97 lsc a run when he cant even pull out of his appartment without the car falling on its face. the grey turd is the cars name.
 
Just installed my fan's pigtail connect from jamie. Old pigtail clip broke some how. Won't have to go out and wiggle the connect anymore

Car is only as good as the driver...I'm gonna tree the f out of you at the track ;)
 
well i'm pretty pissed i had a bunch of pics i took of jeff's car from start to finish on the camera and i just sat down to save them and post them and my wife deleted all of them. i ask everyone when i pic up the camera, do you need to save these pics before i delete them, you would think other people in this house would have the :q:q:q:qing brains to ask the same easy question, nope, just delete them. unreal so now ii have no pics of what i did to jeff's car.

Buy your own personal memory card dip :q:q:q:q and put your name on it and tell them you dare them to touch it.

My money is on Jamie at the tree. Car guys are just born with that kind of skill. You can love your car, and call yourself a car guy, but until you can work on it yourself and not suck, your not a real car guy.
 
I have done some stuff on my car...upper control arms replaced a front air shock, put coils on and wires and plugs, changed my water pump, replaced the main belt,

do I get almost a car guy then?
 
ever used a home demo tool to "work" on your car?


I've used a sledge before...

I guess the fact I had a 0.00 reaction time must mean I suck at the track then ;) granted I only had that happen once, but it did happen. I've yet to personally meet anyone that had a perfect tree. :D

I used a home demo tool because the valve cover shavings and chunks were already inside the head. I realized the head was f'd and decided I was going to go to town on the valve cover because I figured if it's already f'd, I mine as well teach this f'n thing a lesson. Had I not gotten :q:q:q:qty advice I wouldn't have had that problem. People say "use the search, use the search" well I f'ing did that and it said use BRUTE FORCE when pulling on the valve cover....well brute force put metal shavings all over the inside of the head and severed the lip on the valve cover, not to mention the fact it chipped pieces off the cam towers. When I saw that I ran inside and got the hammer and in a fit of rage went to town.

I posted everything up so people could get a laugh out of it, but it's getting annoying that people are insinuating I did it as if I thought that was how to work on it.....
 
A 0.00 is definatly cool to say, but its usually always luck for guys like us that don't drag for a professionally.
