I physically checked mine as I'm following along on this thread and I was surprised to find that there weren't fully seated.
One was not even sitting straight, others not fully pushed down and in. Went over all the fuses as well, pushed many of them further down/in.

Honestly, I just want to add that I think your buddy did some serious welding when he checked your fuses.
Please tell me thus a relay or easy fix lol ...some say I need a new key some say relay..plz help
That's just it I only have one key and I called Ford they say they don't cut keys to call a lock smith.
I got my spare keys from eBay, had Lowe's cut them and programmed them per the instructions in the Owner's Manual. As you only have one key you will need to get the dealer or a locksmith with the proper tool to program the new key(s).

Change out those 4 relays ...
In on position it blinks fast for a min then stops and kicks 1: 6 so I will do as instructed and replace those four and I will come back up here in a day or two wish me luck!

fuel pump separately of to the side and not the issue at the moment.
~ but you knew that.

I'm concerned this LS has been subjected to some serious shorting of live voltage in the trunk.
You overestimate what I know. At this point, I don't know that the fuel pump relay is good. I don't know which relays were put where. I think that the safer answer for lsev8 is to replace all the relays in the trunk. I am also still suspicious about the relay sockets. I've asked a few times that they be checked for corrosion, but I don't recall in responses on that.
Just disconnect the battery (starting with the negative) first.
Then do what from their...so do you guys think its the relay....
