I am looking for some color combination ideas. The silver Gen 1 is going to get the 98 Black/Black interior. I looking for a better color for the Aquamarine. What would be a good alternative color other than blue on blue? If anyone has some interior shots, post them up.
 
ivory was an option in 1st gens with blue, but i have only seen one, and i parted it, its a super rare combo, the outside color was medium wedgewood blue with ivory interior. sexy ass car but like so many others it had a certificate of destruction i couldnt do dick with it. i have pics but i'm not digging it up right now. greg if you could find a super clean light graphite gray interior from a 95-96 or a real nice opal gray from a 93-94 that would look good too. or you could always make it stand out classy with a nice saddle interior.... ...................... .................................

I love that both of you have smurfy insides and don't like the color...quit messin around and go buy a different color, I need those blue part :-). Gregg, do it black dude, but do me a fav and toss the black carpet in first , and shoot a pic my way. I'm thinking of doing all my carpet in black because my occupation is a pain to clean out of that light blue carpet

I have a set in interior door handle bezels for a Aquamarine.
Great shape no broken tabs, you can have them for shipping cost.


The guy that bought my 93 didn't want them....:confused:
I miss that car.:( love that color combo.

I don't need any door panel pieces, I have spares of all the incerts for the doors, and I'm swapping to 2nd gen panels soon anyway, thanks tho..

I would like spare rear ashtray holders, decent seat skins (mine are horrid), seat bolt covers and the seat switch panels

I'm with the blue on grey. Opal grey preferred and maybe a mixture of lite graphite and opal or even some black. I have some lite graphite rear seats if needed. You pay shipping and have them picked up and they're yours. I still have the front seats but they need help. The drivers side does anyway. I was going to take the headrest off them and get the motors out of the drivers seat and put both on the road. Opal seats with a lite graphite headrest?? Come up with something good Greg. One of a kind interior.
 
dan i have only seen one champagne 1st gen with factory black interior i dont think they produced many at all. the most common interior in a champagne 1st gen was saddle that was abundant, second most common was opal gray, and that doesnt look right in a champagne mark!

dont get me wrong i like the aquamarine interior, but greg was asking what else people thought would look good so i gave my opinion, obviously he wants to ditch the blue, i myself like it though, thats why i had one!
 
It would look good Greg. I haven't seen it on a Mark before but older cars used to have it all the time in all colors of exterior. I took these pics in the lower parking deck of a 69 Camaro. It has black interior and when you step up to it in person, nothing looks wrong about this car. I didn't get interior pics but it is black inside. He parks this car in the same spot whenever he comes to Bridge Street.

That's a nice color blue as well. I may think of darkening the color of the car as well. I just may bring up my selling price when I am done. Heads up to everyone! Blue Mark with black interior for sale early January. If you know anyone looking to get into the Mark game, look me up.
 
Nordic and Ebony would look very nice... If it wasn't a sintimental car to me I would do it myself...but I like the blue, I'm going to do some exterior conversions, probably hood and rear lms spoiler ...

Gregg there is a green / black in a yard I saw a few months back, the enterior looked very nice...But I can't remember which yard it was in
