listen, for years i have wanted to do what some of you have done, and rubbed in everyones face and now i want to do it too, not rub it in anyones face, but i got a 03 cobra eaton super charger for my mark, and i need a whole lot of other things before i can even think of putting it on. i already have a set of c-heads at my buddies, i am trading my whole motor out of my rosemist mark for the heads, i know i need stuff like fuel rails, iac, throttle body, lower blower plenum, bigger injectors, heat exchanger, cobra timing cover, blah blah blah, for any of you guys who know for sure what i need can we make a list and years these parts will work from, so i can start piecing this all together. and if any of you have some of the stuff i need please let me know this isnt gonna happen over night but dam it its gonna happen finally. i dont have much money so getting the stuff is gonna be slow i'll need all the help i can get, i never ask any of you for help but i am this time. anything you all can do is greatly appreciated.

Cool Jamie, good luck with the project. :wrench

Well Jamie, I'll be down there help at least. I hope it all comes together for ya.

Jamie, if you get the list going I would really like to share it with you as I am in the same boat but a complete NOOB.
I have the 03 Eaton and the C Heads as well but I have been sitting back and waiting. I need the intake with the intercooler but I have the pump and everything. I am trying to figure it out and hoping I can build for next spring.

Hey Jamie, Laser made a list of all the stuff he needed for his blower install, different type than yours, but maybe a couple of parts that you didn't list already could work... Just so you know there is ONE list out there already

and about the only way I could help you is with the financial aspect, I really need headlights restored, if you can do some for me let me know, both mine are bored

sapper i have a few pairs i could restore or i can sell you a pair that are nearly brand new that i bought for my 93 but we might get rid of the 93 for another gen 2 so i might be willing to sell those, you would crap yourself if you see them!

keep your eyes open for the pulley bridge, its one of the hardest pieces to come across. Here is a list I found for a non s/c cobra into a 03/04. The other extra pieces you would need are the heads obviously, and front cover. Although i have heard that the b-head front cover will work.

Someone around here has posted a list of what it takes to do on a Mark, IIRC. Might've been 94m5..

the above list is a very good start, doesn't really go into all the pluming / wiring changes and stuff. You'll need the throttle body, and I would strongly recommend the a remote oil system because the cobra one rubs on the k-member of the Lincoln and makes it harder to change the filter. This is alot of work and alot of money and alot of time.

You're in for a treat that's for sure. That list doesn't apply to you though. It's too extensive, and would take $$ to replicate, Definitely skip all the intercooler piping and vac lines. You can reuse the 2nd gen stock rails, and TB, no need to buy that. Definitely relocate the filter using one of the aftermarket adapters from Livernois, or even Summit.

I have the timing cover when you're ready ;)

... and no, no other cover will work.

My main prob right now Jamie is $, seems my checks are spent the week before I get them,
but I HAVE to get headlights, even new bulbs in mine..I can barely see the road
I could probably afford $100 about mid July...

Mike told me that some of the SUVs and Trucks have the 8-rib pulleys you'll need. Some of this stuff like that you can probably pull out of different fords in the boneyards.

Oh, there is a throttle body with the supercharger, in fact there are 2 I don't know why there is two but I'll send them both!

Jamie I don't know if this applies to what you need but I copied this from Lasers thread. This is what he said he needed for his swap...

Various vac lines from 1/4-3/4"
Various couplers in same size
Few vac T connectors
The Right Stuff gasket maker
Mod throttle bracket
Move cruise assembly
Mod alt bracket
Mod T-body to not flow through
Remove EGR (must do)
Remove EGR lines and vac valve (must do)
Lengthen IAC, IAT, TPS wires
Shorten MAF wires
Colder spark plugs
Cobra intake tube (96-98)
Cut a couple studs on lower block
Cobra fuel rail (96-98)
Cut hood
Filter bracket
Remove DPFE
Remove IMRC controller
New plenum to block gaskets
New T-body gasket
New IAC gasket
Full dyno tune (absolute must!)
90mm MAF
42lb injectors
4" coupler
3.5" connecting tube
Conicle filter
MAF adapter ring
108-110" belt

I see jeremi is in the house, so my post will seem a bit.... Off

I didn't read if you were building the motor for boost OR just running a low boost setup. If you are building.....ignore my post.

If you are looking for8-9 lbs, run a single belt system via a custom machined snout. Alternator relocation, an idler pulley, and an overdrive crank pulley are really the only hurdles you will have to cross.

I'm about 80% complete on parts purchases, but am waiting for my new job to finish.

Mike

i am not gonna build a motor i just want around 8 psi someday later on i can build a motor, but for now all i want is a little more kick in the pants and to hear them screws whining!! thanks brent for the T.B too i appreciate that. jeremi i will be getting in touch with you soon, as long as its ok i dont want to bug you but you know how these go you have done it, i'm in the dark as far as this project goes!!
