For Sale 1984 GTC Stage II (Serial # 008)

Believe me when I say I hate the idea of selling her but I have always preached that if you're going to have a rare classic car you need to restore it and drive it. My GTC sits in a garage and I doubt I will have the time to get her finished so... American Car Collector magazine puts a value...

For Sale 1984 GTC Stage II (Serial # 008)

Guys, I am getting ready to put the engine back into the GTC (new cam, pushrods and lifters all to match the original JBA Racing specs within the Roush installed 351W engine) and will be putting her up for sale most likely this winter after owning her for almost 13 years. I would like to know...

GTC article in American Car Collector Magazine

Yes, It has been a LONG time since my last post however what better way to come back than with the news that the GTC is featured in an article in the latest edition of American Car Collector Magazine (Jan/Feb 2014). Back in November one of the writers contacted me via my GTC website and said...

Also, it probably does not have the KONI RED shocks right? I'm guessing yours is a Stage I which was the "outer" appearance package only. Scott

    1986 GTC help

Hello, Congrats on being a fellow GTC owner. 1. No way to tell what GTC serial # unless you have the paperwork that was sent to the original owner by Cars & Concepts. The plaque came with a letter thanking each GTC owner for their purchase. The letter listed their car's VIN along with...

I've got 1988 LSC Mark VII parts

I am looking for the rectangular dash that encapsulates the instrument cluster. If it's gray and crack free, I'll take it. Thank you and let me know what you want for it.. Scott (email: snonnenman@atmc.net)

Need Help - 1988 Lincoln Mark VII LSC GTC Stage II

Hello fellow GTC owner. My name is Scott and I am the author of the GTC website you were refered to earlier. Congratulations on owning one. I have a few questions. You say it has a 302 (5.0) and not a 351 (5.8)? Does it have a 5 speed or does it still have the original automatic transmission...

1984 GTC / Roush Mark VII

The car will appear on eBay starting tomorrow at 12 noon EST for 10 days. I will not be giving out the reserve price because I don't think it would be fair. I'm trying not to rub anyone the wrong way so please bear with me. I can not answer the "How much?" question. There is no "gauge" for me to...

    7 second 81 caddy

The whole dragstrip scene at the end was unclear. I did see where it looked like the other caddy was leaving a lot sooner. But that's how it's done. Whatever you dial in at is what your "really" racing. I thought the idea of building the car was speed. That thing launched so well with those...

    7 second 81 caddy

Your telling me that a stripped down caddy with a blown 502 engine took over 14 seconds to run the quarter. A stock 4,000lb, 225hp Mark VII will do 16 seconds or better in the quarter. The guy in the other caddy said at the end of the show that if Jesse tuned it up a bit it should run in the...

    7 second 81 caddy

This first aired last monday. Did anyone see this monster garage episode where they tricked out the 81 caddy that ran just over 7 seconds? This thing was awesome! It had a 70's pimp daddy metallic paint job, tubbed, and lowered. The best part, there was another 81 caddy that showed up looking...
