Damn I'm in the same boat. Bought the car used and they didn't have it for me.

i tried to switch my brake lights to a led but i could not get them to work properly. They would either be too dim with lights on and only be bright with brakes on. I also tried a differnt set and they were bright all the time, couldnt tell when the brake was applied.

do i still need to buy a hid kit for my 05. The headlight housing was labelled with the bulb sizes h11 and HID D2R. I was wondering if it had the ballist built in?

I want to pick up one but just waiting on a good price.

Hmm seen it on the car now I really dont know about it. How you have your front end says alot. Maybe Ill just find some decent looking rims and some nice tires and leave the front factory UNLESS I found a McLaren lol.

oh ok so you just take out the vertical insert on the grille and stick in the diamond mesh piece. that could look good i think.

I think I might have to settle for something else. I was thinking about that mesh overlay but that just sounds lazy and I really dont want to cut corners with any changes I do.
