flowmaster makes a black muffler i think its a 44 not a 40 i have 2 and 1/4 with an X no resonator/ third cat just the first pair off the manifolds and the flowmasters sound awesom none of the clanky crap you get out of the ones you have i have yet to hear a 40 series flowmaster on a mark sound...

Ok none of yall have mentioned the flowmaster 44 i think thats the number anyway the black ones. I have them on mine with an X-pipe and 2 1/4 pipeing and none of that clanky metalic sound. Had a 60 yo man make the comment that a luxury car should never have exaust on it the day before i put it...
