Well on the way home from work as soon as i put the heat on it turns on/off for acouple secs then stays off. I have water on the pass side floorboard. Water has leaked down before but not to the point where it effcts the b/m. So more then likely a lower w/s leak that got onto the connecter for the blower..Thats fine and will check the connecter in a bit.
When i first got it i took the cowl off and re sealed the air duct so that cant be were its getting in.

Is there something i can use to help seal the lower w/s weather stripping as to not let water in? That the only other place it could come through at..

Are you sure it's not the heater core? Now I have seen a Mark windshield leak but it was at the top passenger side. It would leak in and water would come down the inside of the windshield, go behind and on top of the dash and it did soak the floor. Check for any dried water lines on the glass from top to bottom.

If you don't see any, I'm gonna have to say heater core.

My car has the exact same problem... Never figured it out yet, not a coolant leak.

Well as i thought whatever water was in there is gone now. Blower works fine.

its not the heater core..It's water..And only happends when it rains hard. Let me also add that the duct was intact just fine but i put sealer around it just incase.
I popped open the glovebox last night and saw water on the black panel directly beneath the blower caseing on the bottom of the dash. And a little water coming from the casing as well. There were 2 wet marks on the lower panel padding about the size of a plum about 2" from each other then leaking onto the carpet.(3-4" from the firewall, dead center)

Nolimit, i have a little one on the top pass side but i'm not to worried about it right now. The sun and moon have to be aligned right for it to leak.

Have you looked down the p/s firewall and see if your seep hole has the tube sticking out where the A/C drains onto the ground? If the blower housing has been taken out or altered I have seen where people do not align the tube into the firewall hole and the water has nowhere to go but down the interior side of the firewall and soak the carpet. And when you sealed the air duct, have you gone back to recheck that you sealed the whole circumference of it and not missed a section or a small portion of it?

I sealed the whole thing..I just took a peak at the cowl cover acouple minutes ago and its not sitting flush with the windshield glass. Would that allow water into the air intake? I forget what it looks like under there..I'll mess with it this weekend.
