Prospect location for fall meet

ok everyone lets not plan a date yet, but lets see if we can come up with some new locations for a Fall meet here in florida, and then we can set up a poll and vote where we should have another. if we could do this twice a year that would be awesome, summer meet and fall meet. lets all do some looking and see where we might all agree on for the next location, anywhere in the state of florida, we'll give other members a break so they dont have to drive as far as they did yesterday, and some of us can drive further to make it fair. what do we got?

We should get money together and do a track day at Sebring?

Or maybe meet and get together on Daytona Beach? (you can drive on the beach)

i am going to make the trip next summer in my mark from edmonton alberta canada! i already sent in for my passport! me and the gf are gonna take a vacation down there anyways, i got a buddy who lives in kissimee fl who is bigger on marks then you jamie! he has a 98 blk/blk lsc running 150 wet shot.

I like that location too. Miami itself is too far south for the other members from other states. If we hit either Moroso in palm beach, or Daytona we'll have a bigger turn out I think.

I was there for the last one in november. That thing was SO big! It literally takes more than 1 hour to make it from one end to the other. There was so much to see there you couldn't see it all in one day.

hey now thats a possibilty the turkey rod run hell yeah, tons to do, and nice weather, and not a bad drive for almost anyone in florida. when we start a poll turkey rod run will be one of the poll votes. i have been to daytona for a swap meet but i never have been to the TRR yet.

The Turkey rod run is a blast. They have tons of car cruise in's afterwards. We should pick a hotel and see if we can get a group rate. That's not the type of place you come for the day and leave. You need to get there SUPER early otherwise you won't find a spot, and after all the walking the last thing anyone will want to do is drive a few hours home.

Regardless we should make it a guys only thing and hit up winghouse or something after. I noticed all the guys with wives (me including) were the ones that left early. I told her next time it's just going to be me that goes.

yeah a guys trip would be cool although my wife wouldnt want to leave early she is down for anything anytime. i'd be down for staying in daytona overnight, winghouse or hooters would be cool, and jeff, i'll take them ribs anytime you want to make em!!

Yes it does. Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. Sunday was not worth it because it literally emptied out and all the vendors left. The only days worth going are Friday and Saturday. The turn out was pure insanity...any car show you can imagine doesn't even hold a candle to this event!

thats kind of sad dude! and i want a meet, not race day, derek you keep wanting to go to the track your car wont even go down the road right. lets keep it meet oriented, i'm not gonna drive across the state to go to the race track, getting off the whole principal of another meet now.
