SO JUST AS TE TITTLE MENTIONS, I'M FINALLY EMPLOYED AGAIN!!! I'm the new Operation's Manager for CSS International. It's a very nice company. It's been 10 long months since I was last employed & within a couple weeks I'll start to breath again. I can finally afford to keep my Mark VIII up to par! I'm already bidding on a couple items online that I need for maintenance on my Mark VIII including that VCRM I need. I look forward to working comfortably on my Mark VIII again without straining my pocket or having to worry about the possibility of selling it! IM BACK!!!!!!!!:) Just thought I'd share with the LVC friends!:D

VERY HAPPY FOR YOU! Hope you like the new job.

It is nice having a job, i wish I could just find a better one now...hope yours works out man.
ever since I started my job I've still been broke because of the extra gas expenses and buying tools in order to actually do my job...workin to work-yay

Guys, it's been a very interesting 9 months. I was layed off on August 31st of lat year & I thought by January I would have a job. Low & behold it wasn't until half of 2010 rolled by that I finally hit the bulls eye! I start on Monday. It doesn't pay the 52k p/y I used to get payed before but I'm very happy with the wages agreed & I'm willing to stay there for a couple years until I ascend to another position.

I'm happy for so many reasons, one of them being that I'm finally going to see my Mark VIII perform as is should once I do everything that needs to be done to it.

I think I'll be in the same situation within 2 months, been basically unemployed since October, but I'm in talks with the TSA to annoy people at the airport until I can get a real badge. And it will be real nice to be able to afford to fix all the :q:q:q:q I need to fix...

:)

Great news, congratulations.

And as a bennie, another Mark VIII has been saved!

I think I hear a bell ringing.....;)

Right arm! Being unemployed is nice for a month but after that its just annoying. :(

+1 there Laser... I agreed to take a month off when it happened & It felt great... After 6 weeks I was worried, after 3 months I was pulling my hairs, after 7 months I was flipping out, sold a bunch o my crap via garage sales & still worried I wouldn't have enough cash to pay rent! Needless to say this job came just in time.;)

Good for you !!

I've been there man. The company I worked for back in 2005 went out of business "all of the sudden" and I was desperately seeking work for about 8 months. I still don't make as much as I did then, but we don't do without. And it prompted me to go back to school. I got an Associate's and I am seven classes from my Bachelor's. I am also considering graduate school. Good things can happen when we are forced to change. A lot of words just to say congratulations!
