Is it normal to NOT get a tracking number from them? never got an email, and the website just says process. Last night I got an email saying some parts were on backorder, but no number.
 
well if something was back ordered, then they cant ship it yet, if they cant ship it yet, then they dont have a tracking number yet.

dont remember if i got an order number however
 
no, I ordered lights, and a relay harness...the relay harness is on backorder, the lights are not...and they ere two seperate orders.

I ordered them Monday morning.
 
not sure bro, but a bunch of us at work all ordered them from there (four of us all together)
and nobody had a problem

weird, you could always send them a E-mail
 
I'm not real worried about it yet, just wondered if it was normal...im kinda impaitent and like to see where my stuff is via tracking numbers...its only been 5 days, from cali to Stl...
 
I just ordered lights a relay harness and headlight out warning eliminators and got an email with a order number. site said that order number shipped but I haven't gotten them yet.
 
It took a while for me to get tracking numbers. I got them like a day before they showed up.
 
I got an email stating the relays were backordered till the 9th but no tracking number. Ordered them last monday, and still don't have em...I just hope some looser didnt steal them off my porch. :shifty:
 
my paypal wont even go thru each time i try to order it says operation aborted ?? idk
 
I ordered as set of HID's on the 26th of Feb got them on the 5th of March ... Installed on the 6th ...

I'm in WI so time should be about the same ... seeing you are in IL.

Don't aways expect over night shipping ...

thats 5 days...im on my 6th now...I'm not worried.....yet :D

got the tracking # last night, with a delivery date of 3/15....wow...thats REALLY slow shipping. :eek:
