I know you may not like it but all will say replace every plastic cooling part. This is true. All will have cracks , they may be micro but they are there letting air in. And it will have to be bleed maybe many times to get air out. If not you will blow other parts down the road if you replace...

Where was you able to find the operating temperature. I've dug online and read through the ford service manuals and can't find anything. I monitor mine daily and it runs 207 to 211 all the time. In traffic Ive seen it go to 218. Do you happen to know at what temp the "idiot hand" actually moves...

In the least you would probably need to replace the dryer and take it to some one who can vacuum down the system and refill with freon. Just connecting the hose will do nothing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That has got to be the ugliest install job I have seen.

Guys I didn't intend to cause a big stir on this topic. I was unaware it had been discussed so many times. I have ordered a vent kit for it so if it does bust the safety seals it will have a place to go out of the car.

I've run agm batteries for years in all my cars. Haven't bad one explode yet. This could be the first. I won't lose sleep over it.

No vent tube. It's sealed.

Pit in a new agm battery. Need to clean the trunk out.
