Blend actuator is up behind the message center practically. And since my dash was cracked to hell where the passenger airbag went off, and had a sun crack on top, I wanted to swap it out. Also have to replace my driver and passenger airbags while I'm at it. Just gotta remember where to tuck certain wiring harnesses back where I pulled them from.

Might be done today.

Edit: plus I am replacing my W3Z3 computer w/ a W3Z2 I found in the car I got the dash from

Now is the perfect time to put that clutch pedal you've always wanted in....

Pulling a dash and getting rid of it was the best simplicity mod I've ever done. Once you go "because racecar", life gets so much easier. :P

Jesse, I know saying this now is not doing you any good but I wished you could have came down and got the black on black 93 I had out back. It had a mint dash. All sorts of stuff you could have used and everything was 100% rust free. I took some things off of it and then let the scrap guys haul it off.

I live in a city, well, neighborhood where they really would prefer you not have junk cars setting out back. I had the 93 and the burned 94 out there.

Anyway, I would rather have seen you get it and put those parts to use but it's been a year now since they came and got both. Let them go for free.

I know :(

I wish I would have had the extra money to drive down there at that time.... woulda been a great road trip, if only my ranger got better mileage

I know how it is with township BS :shifty:

Heck if you put a for sale sign on your car and park it at your house the police show up and ticket you. I even had a flat tire on my 60' Biscayne and got a letter in the mail about inoperable vehicle on property must be removed

This is how I pull a dash now. Just undo a few connectors on the driver's side fire wall, the passenger side panel, and the transmission through the shifter floor, and the whole thing comes out. That is going to be more of a pain putting it back together.

I would be changing the heater core while I had that out.

Ive got a mint black dash just sitting in my garage... It was supposed to replace my dash because I didn't think the paint would last... The painted dash still looks mint though...
