50K and still not sensor lowered...

Nothing like a supercharged 4x4 lincoln :D

i was just meaning to i cant see 50,000 going into that.....

He bought the car when it was relatively new for like $15k... bought an 03/04 cobra motor for $5-7k so we are at $20k already... and he has custom paint, interior, wheels, etc... building a full custom car takes a LOT of $$$$$$....

if i remember right he had like 3k just in the fuel system and last time i talked to him he was going to redo it.

Yes its my car and thanks guys.

I bought the car as a daily driver in Dec of 2001 as I had a T-type turbo regal that was my fun car. Well I was just about done working on the car and someone offered me STOOOPID money for it so I sold it in 2003. I was looking for another car to build and keep the mark as a daily but a friend wrecked his 04 vert and I knew the car had less than 10k miles no mods and updated heads. I bought the whole car from the insurance company and we striped the motor and trans out, I sold the rest back to my friend. I didn't want to do all the work to get a manual gear box to work in the Lincoln so I just went with just the motor and sold the trans. After spending 2-3 months figuring out how to rewire the motor I started the swap in December of 2005 . Got it running in April. I had several personal setbacks and had to put the Lincoln on hold. Changed jobs and had to travel internationally alot so that push things further back, Then lost that job and now the car is sitting on jack stands for about a year while I get back on my feet. The new interior is done, their just waiting for final payment.

I've been fighting some fuel system problems as I have twin intank pumps and alot of wiring changes so the dash will work and some other things. I've got about 2 hours of work to finish it up and get it on the road but while I'm in transition to a new job, my focus is off the car.

I have the sensor lowering box. When I took those pics I just got it out of the garage off jack stands and hadn't driven it, yea its in 4x4 mode plus the rims rub so I had to keep that in mind.

Here are the totals.

Audio stuff should not be considered a performance mod. :D

GPRS modem? Have you heard of 3G? 4G? EVDo? LOL

Back when I built that CarPC, GPRS was a plugin module option on the motherboard. When I get back on my feet the CarPC will be updated.

Yes your right the audio stuff is not a performance mod, just what I have invested in the car. I had to create that list for the appraisal and insurance company.
