Best one I've seen so far for the gen 2's nite pics will be a must as well as a full shot of the dash.

I want a set! But would like to see the nite shot of them suckers glowing though. And does it maintain the factory green glow color at nite? And even in the daylite, shouldn't the selector indicator be lit?

BTW, is that example idling kinda high in park? :p

I dont want a set but if I still had the white car I would! Much nicer then the other ones I have seen.

Many people made claims they were building chrome trim rings for the gauges but never came through. If you make them I would get some.

Love my center caps from you guys. Such a simple mod has really made the car get many compliments. :)

Night Pictures

Night pictures are a bit tough to get but the numbers are lit in a green color and with the needles repainted (not included) flouresent Red they really show up great.
The ones in the pictures were the prototype gauges and all P-L and Cruise..etc have a different layer to let those show through better with the factory bulbs.

So John, are the ones you are goin to offer for sale going to be able to see the shift and warning indicators at night and day? And in that nite pic, is that set on dim or is that at high illumination? Looks to me to be kinda weak in the lite push thru if it is high.

I kinda want a set just to cover up my P-1 Numbers in the middle.

thats not dimmed bill, thats full tilt, i have a gauge cluster i took out of my 97 with white faces, not these white faces, but white is white and the stock bulbs dont shine through the white vinyl very well, at least not like factory, thats why i took mine out they suck at night, i love the look during the day, but i do more driving at night! i wish someone could make them so they look factory at night, because i really love white gauges, specially in my black mark, but i could not stand the night time display.

Night Lighting

It is on high but the problem is the picture quality as they are very bright at night. It makes the most difference when you remove the factory white from the back of the needles and paint them with the Flouresent red paint found at most hobby stores. Not sure what brands were used in the past but we worked with the company to use different backgrounds to let the light show through at its best. Both my cars are have them and they show up great at night.

these are mine i still have the cluster just sitting on a shelf. i dont care for the lincoln stars either, but to each his own. i do like the larger FONT though compared to mine.
