I've read that snowflake center caps can be used for upper perches; can they be used for lowers also?
I found these on the auction site from a '93, do these look like from a snowflake?![]()
they're from a '93...
I can get 2 of em shipped for $16.....slightly better than what others charge for perches...I already have isolators
---send em back? why would I do that? the used JY coils are (allegedly) worth $500 and the used JY shocks are allegedy worth $700??If you have a problem with this then send the shocks and springs back. I will refund you myself minus the shipping charges
Strutmasters are probably the worst..
I've got a full setup for sale right now
Tokico Illumina with Vogtland springs.
Make me an offer in a PM ...AFTER you research the springs
at least the ball joint wash and wax was included in the $400??? lolNowhere in that post does it state you'd be getting Perches, nor sway links, or stabilizer bars, or back rubs, or foot massages
I have just had to hear non stop complaining about him complaining. I have had enough. He seems very inept at even knowing what tool to use on the car and while I am working on a customers car with Sapperfire and he has to take a break to answer yet another asinine question it pisses me off.Whoa I dunno what that's about^..but lots of people have used lowering springs on mark viiis before and I've yet to see someone mention anything about having to mess with the sway bar end links..don't forget you're adding isolators also which will add some overall height to the rear so your 1.5" drop isn't literally going to be that much lower..it'll lower it some from the STOCK mark height but 1.5" lower is rated for thunderbirds/cougars that have different mounting perches and lower control arms..which is what the eibachs were meant for. So to answer your question NO you shouldn't have to worry about that.
