What was everyone's first car?

My first car was a 1964 Chevy Impala SS Convertible with a 409 engine, 4 speed, 411 posi rear end, lake pipes, a real screamer at the time. At that time Chevy put an emblem on the side of the car showing a V8 and the engine size. One of the first things I did was to remove the 409 emblem and replace it with a 283 emblem. Can't tell you how much fun i had a stop lights blowing other cars away, especially when they looked down and laughed at the 283 emblem, then watching the expression on their face in my rear view mirror. Good times!

I turned 16 in 2006, My first car was a 2002 Mits Galant ES. had a sunroof, and i put on 15, yes 15" American racing rims.. I do not know why 15, they should have been 17" that would have looked good. and it also could use a tint, and a lip.

9th: '03 Focus ZX3 was daily commuter to/from Atlanta (60 miles round trip each day) - Mine
10th: '04 Lincoln LS V8 Ultimate Edition - Current daily driver, always wanted one... Once the engine and everything else has crapped out in this car, I plan on making it into a sleeper. 160K and going strong still, so I might be waiting a long time...

My first car was given to me. It was a 1984 Nissan/Datsun(yes on that car it said both) 200sx. My dad said if you want something better get a job.

Then since everybody else is listing all of their cars

88 Nissan Pulsar
93 Ranger
94 Probe GT
87 Rx7 Turbo II
92 Explorer
89 Mustang GT Conv
93 Probe GT turbo(custom)
97 SHO
88 Mustang 5.0 LX
98 SHO
98 SVT Contour

And once this deployment i am currently on is over will be adding a 2006 Lincoln LS

LLADNAR,

What has your experience been with the late 90's SHO's? I've always liked them if for nothing else they have incredible sleeper value, plus they look pretty sleek compared to the plethora of 90's Taurii I see driving around.

1990 Thunderbird SuperCoupe

Bought my first car at 18, and it was a $700 supercharged tbird with a 3.8 liter V6.

Was able to scoot that thing around sideways most of the time, and never wrecked it...:shifty:.....though i got scary close in the rain one or two times.

Thats why i put 17" rims with 275's on it. No more slippin-slide Tbird.
