I always wanted to mount a set of Hadley's up under the hood. 21 tickets in 3 months is redickulous. Your license plate reminds them of doughnuts, making them...jelly. :)

Damn, I used to work in Upper Saddle River and never got any tickets, but of coarse I was not driving in that area at night. From what I heard from the guys that worked there they would get a lot of tickets at night time in those areas.
 
At least all you got was a ticket for the horns. A lot of crazy people would over react to that. Funny shiznit though.
